Choose a question:

Find the ferritin test

Enma

I found “Ferritin” (code FER) in immunology. It is active and complete. Shall I open it?

What is the lipid panel missing?

Enma

To be ready, it needs the HDL cholesterol reference range and the sample type. Shall I guide you step by step?

What’s pending?

Enma

4 tests are not fully set up: 3 without a reference range and 1 without a sample type. Shall we start with the first one?

I want to talk to a person

Enma

I’m passing you to the support team and leaving them a summary of what we were doing, so you don’t have to repeat it.

Does

  • Finds tests
  • Tells you what a test needs to be ready
  • Lists what’s pending
  • Opens the screen you need
  • Walks you through it step by step
  • If it can’t solve it, hands you over to a support person

Doesn’t

  • Doesn’t validate results
  • Doesn’t sign
  • Doesn’t decide for anyone: a person always decides

It works with each user’s permissions and keeps a record of what it does. Enma doesn’t replace your team: it takes the repetitive work off its hands.

03 Capabilities

Not just a LIS: your whole laboratory

Seven pillars, one system. Open each one to see what’s included: switch on only what you use and add the rest when you need it.

  1. Patient intake and front desk

Patients arrive registered, with a clear quote and the date their result will be ready.

What’s included in Patient intake and front desk · 7
    • Patient pre-registration with a QR code, before they reach the lab.
    • Quotes that become orders without touching the prices again.
    • Bulk order upload from Excel for companies and campaigns.
    • ID lookup with RENIEC (Peru) and tax ID lookup with the SRI (Ecuador) at registration.
    • Turnaround promise per test, with alerts before it expires.
    • Customer service with tickets, a service inbox and satisfaction surveys.
    • Sales management: agreements, doctor and company portfolio, visits and targets. Your sales reps log each visit from their phone, with its location.
  2. Sample logistics and transport

    • Doctors and companies request pickups from their results portal.
    • Sample transfers between sites, logged end to end.

Your field team carries the system on their phone: pickup routes with GPS, temperature at every stop, tube scanning and photos. If they lose signal, it saves everything and sends it when coverage returns.

    • Serum bank and cryobox: you know where every sample is stored.
    • Audit trail with the full history of every order.
  4. Analyzers, departments and quality control

Your instruments connected and your quality under control, department by department.

What’s included in Analyzers, departments and quality control · 8
    • Analyzers connected via ASTM and HL7, bidirectional, over serial port or network (Mindray, Tosoh, Fujifilm and more).

    • Batch, grid and department worklists; instrument maintenance and reagent use per test.
    • Microbiology with culture and antibiogram; molecular biology and parasitology.
    • Anatomic pathology and cytology: cases, blocks, slides and signed report.
    • Quality control with Westgard rules, internal and external controls.
    • Delta check: see the patient’s previous result while validating.
    • Quality management on the road to ISO 15189: documents, nonconformities, risks, audits, suppliers, staff competence and training.

    • Service inbox with WhatsApp: reply and share results from the lab’s own number.
    • SMS notices sent from the lab’s own phone, and receipts sent to the patient’s mobile.
    • Campaigns and surveys with segmentation, so patients come back.
    • Automations with workflows and rules you define.

07 Questions

What labs ask before the first call

Does TenmaLab integrate easily with my analysers and systems?

Yes. TenmaLab connects to your analysers via ASTM and HL7, one-way or two-way, over a serial port or the network, through an agent you install without setting up servers. It integrates with other systems (hospitals, insurers or your website) through a token-based API and HL7, and with TenmaHealth to receive orders and return results. It prints labels on ZPL, TSPL and EPL2 printers. Your advisor reviews your equipment with you before you start.

Does TenmaLab include electronic invoicing?

Yes. The e-invoice is issued from the same visit, signed with your company’s certificate. TenmaLab connects to electronic invoicing and digital signatures in your country: Peru (SUNAT), Mexico (CFDI 4.0), Chile (SII), Ecuador (SRI), Colombia (DIAN), Spain (VeriFactu) and more. Your advisor coordinates the set-up for your country.

Does it run in the cloud or on my own server?

Both: in Tenma Tech’s cloud or installed on your server, with the same system. Your advisor helps you choose based on your sites, your connectivity and where your data must stay.

Can I bring the data from my current system?

Yes. We support your migration from your current system or from spreadsheets, and from TenmaLab desktop too. Which data moves, and how, is written into your proposal.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on your sites, your instruments and the data you bring. You start with what you need most and add the rest in phases; the dates go into the start-up plan in your proposal.

Who supports me, and when?

Two teams. Latin America: Tenma Tech (Peru), Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00, Lima time. Europe: Ejmadia International SL (Seville), Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00, mainland Spain time. At the end of this page you can see those hours in your own time zone.

Which languages is TenmaLab available in?

The system is available in Spanish, English and French, and we support you in all three.

How is my lab’s data protected?

Each lab’s data is kept separate from every other customer’s. Each user signs in with their own permissions, and there is a record of who did what. Your lab decides whether data lives in the cloud or on its own server; the details are in the Privacy policy and the Data processing agreement.

What does the one-time payment include? And the subscription?

Both include updates. With the one-time payment the system is yours; with the monthly subscription you start light, with no upfront investment. Your advisor works out with you which modules and sites go into each option: talk to an advisor.
